General usage information
The Computational Geometry Algorithms Library (CGAL) is a C++ library that aims to provide easy access to efficient and reliable algorithms in computational geometry. CGAL is used in various areas needing geometric computation, such as geographic information systems, computer aided design, molecular biology, medical imaging, computer graphics, and robotics
The various cgal* commands have been added to your PATH.
The following environmental variables have been defined:
- \$CGAL_ROOT has been set to the root of the cgal installation
- \$CGAL_LIBDIR points to the directory containing the libraries
- \$CGAL_INCDIR points to the directory containing the header files
You will probably wish to use these by adding the following flags to your compilation command (e.g. to CFLAGS in your Makefile):
- -I\$CGAL_INCDIR
- -L\$CGAL_LIBDIR -Wl,-rpath,\$CGAL_LIBDIR${endlist}
