Multimedia Services for Digital UNIX Runtime includes the runtime environment to support the software JPEG and Indeo compressor/decompressor, built-in audio and the Sound and Motion J300 for DEC 3000 workstations, the FullVideo Supreme for the AlphaStation workstations, and the Microsoft Sound Board for the EISA and ISA bus machines.

The runtime kit uses the "man page" documentation listed above as well as the Multimedia Services for Digital UNIX Run-Time Environment Guide in on-line documentation format. The Run-Time Environment Guide is also available separately in hardcopy (QA-20YAA-GZ).
