This talk will give an example of the "All of Government" nature of the National Strategic Computing Initiative by discussing partnering on the Cancer Moonshot to bring together High Performance Computing and Big Data. This partnering is illustrated by discussion of the Joint Design of Advanced Computing Solutions for Cancer, a DOE-NCI partnership to advance cancer research and high performance computing in the United States.
