My name is Swati Jarial. I was born on 30th august 1984 in Shillong, India. Currently, I am a graduate student at the Universty of Maryland. My major is telecommunications.I am in the second semester of my Master's degree. I obtained my B-Tech in Electronis and Communication Engineering in 2006 from himachal pradesh University, India.
I am a Teaching Assistant, working with Prof Richard Berg in the Physics Department at the University.
My academic interests are in the following areas

- Communiation Systems
- Buisness Consulting
My other interest is painting. I am interested in oil painting, but other forms of art like glass painting, spray painting, also interst me. I am really fond of animals. Specially lions and tigers, my secret wish is to own a cub some day (:P). Also, great physicists, like Dr. Richard feynman really amaze me, their love for physics,their qeust for knowlege, how they found amusement in their work they did is really something I admire a lot.
